Designation: Marketing Manager
Reports To: Business Manager Group Division
Location: Mumbai / Gurgaon
Job Description: The job profile involves two components conventional Product Marketing & Digital Space/ Content Marketing
PRODUCT MARKETING
Drive all aspects of product management for the full product portfolio
Evolve marketing strategies to enhance market share in the product segment(Online Marketing Jobs)
Monitor competitive landscape to stay abreast of market trends by regularly reviewing scientific literature, competitors product offerings, traveling with field sales personnel, attending surgeries, meeting with stakeholders, attending scientific meetings, etc.
Develop product presentations, surgical techniques, and white papers in support of sales and corporate marketing campaigns, e.g. product binders, web sites, brochures, etc.
Collaborate responsively and proactively with sales to ensure quality product support of new product launches, existing product segments, training programs, and key surgeon and account management
Maintain frequent and regular contact with strategic industry experts and trade organizations, field visits with key surgeons and sales consultants, and participates in key meetings and conferences to ensure company and products are perceived superior relative to the competition.
Participate in strategic sales and marketing planning activities for assigned products in order to identify key targets, surgeons, and hospitals by specific product
DIGITAL/CONTENT MARKETING
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media campaigns. Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Channelize and build strong customer funnel.
Collaborate with external teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Collaborate with various digital space agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
